Refund Policy : Prepaid deals are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Refunds can be considered only in the following scenarios:

• 100% advance payments are only eligible for Bookings. No Bookings will be entertained without 100% advance.
• Restaurant got shut permanently.
• Restaurant discontinued the deal during the deal duration.
• Restaurant denied/cancelled the booking.
• No Refund applicable in case the customer does not reach in time.
• Rescheduling allowed At least 48 hours prior to the date of Event/Party, subject to confirmation from the restaurant.
• Cancellation of booked venue is not allowed.

In case of refunds, it will be processed within 15 working days through online mode.
